Manifolds have been in use since 1968 in a number of
Refineries, Chemical , Petro –Chemical , Fertilizer
power plants, steel plants and other process
Industries, MIRCO offers a complete range of 2&3
valve manifolds. This Manifolds are rugged in
construction to withstand high pressure and
temperatures. These Valve Manifolds are rated for
pressures as high as 6000 PSI at 2000 degs. F. or
4000 PSI at 500 degs. F with PTFE packing. For
higher temperature Grafoil packing for used.

M3VM10
series of
Valve Manifolds (“PIPE
END”type Manifolds) are designed to
be mounted with impulse Piping from
a remote field meter or D.P.
Transmitter. This Manifold has two
block Valves and one equalishing
Valves. The intel and outlet
connections are ½” NPT (F) and two
¼” NPT (F) purge connections with
Plugs are standard with these
units.

series of Valve
Manifolds (“H” type manifolds)
consist of two block (shut Off)
Valves and one equalizing Valve.
These manifolds are flanged on both
side for mounting directly to D.P.
Transmitters having 54mm (2-18”)
center to center connections. Any
other center to center distance also
available on special order. The
oval flanges supplied with the D.P.
Transmitters are used on the process
side of these Manifolds for piping
connection. This model provides easy
installation and comes complete with
found mounting bolts and two PTFE
“o” rings for ready installation.
Two nos. ¼” NPT (F) purge connection
are standards with this units. |

M3VM30
series of valves Manifolds (“T” type
Manifolds consist of two Block (Shut
Off) valves and one equalizing
valve. These valve are flanged on
one side for mounting directly to
D.P. Transmitters having 54mm
(2-1/8/”) center to center distance.
Any other connection are provided
for tubing / piping into the process
side two ½” NPT connections are
provided for tubing /Piping into the
process taps. This model comes
complete with four mounting bolts
and two PTFE “O” rings for ready
installation. Two nos. ¼” NPT (F)
purge connection are standard with
these units. |
